Vegan suet is a type of fat that can easily replace beef suet. This wonderful cooking aid will allow you to make delicious vegan and vegetarian dumplings, puddings, pastries and pies.
It's a very simple combination of 15% rice flour and 85% vegetable fat. Crucially, this 100% natural fat is non-hydrogenated, making it far healthier than many other versions of vegetable suet.
