Refund policy

Cancellation
If you wish to amend your Click and collect food order or any order made online please contact lovinglifeun-sealed@outlook.com as soon as possible. At the latest within 5 days as we aim to process all orders received as efficiently as possible. 

You may cancel any order containing food items up until your order is packed. We do not accept cancellation requests on orders containing food after the point when a notification is sent to inform you your order is ready.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Food
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or a refund may not be granted at all.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Food

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, Please follow these steps before contacting us.

  • Double check your bank account.
  • Contact your card provider or PAYPAL, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the item was damaged in transit please supply photographic evidence when contact us to report the damage. Please email  lovinglifeun-sealed@outlook.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lovinglifeun-sealed@outlook.com to enable us to rectify any issues.

Shipping
To return your product once refund has been agreed, you can either bring your product to: UnSealed Eco Refill store, 2A The Grove, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1TJ or post at your own expense to the same address (please obtain a proof of postage)

This does not affect your statuary rights.
